Shipping Policy

We partner with reputable third-party service providers to handle all domestic shipping within India.
Most products are shipped within 15-30 business days from the date of successful payment for your order. This timeframe may be extended for orders with additional customization, bespoke items, or specialized accessories.
All shipments are made on an Ex-Works (EXW) basis. Our responsibility for the goods ends when they are made available to the third-party carrier at our designated facility. Any costs associated with transportation from our facility to your final delivery address, including last-mile delivery charges, will be borne by the purchaser. These charges will be communicated by the shipping partner and are payable directly to them.
You may request modifications to your delivery address within 72 hours of placing your order without additional charges.
Address changes requested after 72 hours may lead to additional charges levied by our shipping partners, payable by the purchaser. Once an order has been shipped, address changes are generally not permitted unless an error was made on our part.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy, as well as the terms and conditions of our third-party shipping and insurance partners.
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be provided to you via email, WhatsApp, or other designated communication channels.
For successful delivery, you or an authorized representative may be required to provide a signature and/or a valid government-issued identification at the time of delivery, as per the guidelines of our shipping partners and Indian regulations.
Certain state regulations or specific product categories might attract Octroi or other local taxes. Any such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the consignee (you).
