Understanding our policies for orders, returns, and exchanges
Order Cancellation
- You can request cancellation within 24 hours of payment processing.
- Full refund will be issued (excluding payment portal charges).
- Submit cancellation request via:
- Email to contact@akriti.tech with order number and payment confirmation.
Returns & Refunds
- No returns permitted after the 24-hour cancellation period.
- All sales are final.
- This policy applies to all products.
Exchange Policy
- Full product exchanges are not offered on any or all of our products.
- Only defective/damaged parts under warranty can be replaced.
- In certain cases we may ask for the machine to be sent back to us for a comprehensie service / repair and will be determined on a case to case basis only.

- Ship approved defective parts to our address when instructed.
