Order Cancellation
- You can request cancellation within 24 hours of payment processing
- Full refund will be issued (except payment portal charges)
- Submit cancellation request via:

- • Email to social@akriti.tech with order number and payment confirmation
Returns & Refunds
- No returns are permitted after the 24-hour cancellation period
- All sales are final
- This policy applies to all products
Exchange Policy
- Full product exchanges are not offered
- Only defective/damaged parts under warranty can be exchanged
- Must be covered by manufacturer's or extended warranty
- To initiate a claim:

- • Ship approved defective parts to our address when instructed
